PREVIEW of the Supreme Court

PREVIEW is an eight-issue subscription publication that provides expert, plain-language analysis of all cases given plenary review by the Supreme Court in advance of oral argument. Preview issues 1-7 precede the Court’s seven argument sessions from October to April.

A Primer on Supreme Court Practices and Procedures

Thomas E. Baker is one of the founding professors at the Florida International University College of Law, Miami, Florida, where he is an award-winning teacher of Constitutional Law. He is the author of numerous books and articles about the Supreme Court and the Constitution, including the highly-popular Constitutional Analysis in a Nutshell (West Academic Publishing 3d ed. 2019).
