Thomas E. Baker is one of the founding professors at the Florida International University College of Law, Miami, Florida, where he is an award-winning teacher of Constitutional Law. He is the author of numerous books and articles about the Supreme Court and the Constitution, including the highly-popular Constitutional Analysis in a Nutshell (West Academic Publishing 3d ed. 2019).
