Law Day 2022 – Free Speech in the Digital Age

Join us for a discussion of how media censorship, Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter, and the announced creation of the Disinformation Governance Board have affected and are likely to affect the exercise of free speech rights in America.  Special attention will be given to the potential affect of social media platforms’ banning content or contributors from their platform on the protections they enjoy under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (Title V of the Telecommunications Act of 1996).  The event will be live-streamed between 3:00-3:30 EST at https://www.facebook.com/YugoCollins.Law.  Further information can be found at
