What is Due Process? A Panel Discussion for Law Day 2021

April 26, 2021 @ 11:00 am - April 30, 2021 @ 5:00 pm

Free

This week, the Judge Frank M. Johnson, Jr. Institute is holding a 30-minute panel discussion, What is Due Process?, in honor of Law Day 2021’s theme of “Advancing the Rule of Law Now.” The panel discussion, geared to high school students, is led by legal and educational experts and features a clear overview of due process, as guaranteed by the U. S. Constitution. As students learn about due process through our panel discussion, we hope they find inspiration in its applicability and relevance in their lives, initiating a continued conversation as they grow in their understanding of our judicial system and the world around them.
